I used the Margarita Cheese Ball Mix to make a delicious no bake cheese cake—quick.

  • First you combine the base flavor packet with 8oz. of softened cream cheese and blend well.
  • Fold in 8oz. non-dairy whipped topping and spoon mixture into a prepared graham cracker crust. Chill 2 hours.
  • When you take it out you sprinkle the topper sugar packet over the cheese cake.

I found that letting it sit over night gives you a richer consistency. Garnish with limes or mint. This was a hit!
